This is very exciting, if I wasn't so busy I'd play with it. How's the battery life with the UV?

Just hoping someone will take up this noble cause and get the wifi working on what, otherwise, sounds like a great kernel.

I would do it if I had the first clue about coding this kind of stuff, but I'd really like to see this kernel with working wifi.

Anyone working on this?

Looking into it. Things are very different without Touchwiz, that's for sure MMS (although I miss the bubbles), Dialer, and Contacts are done, but that's about it so far.

Wifi and BT breaking together is not surprising.
However, they break with every build for me so far, even untouched source + untouched .config.

Now with a device at hand I'll be looking into fixing the breakage before pushing the silicon further.

Still in some flux, once i get what i want it wil be available.
Email me, i suck at replying to PMs.

Anyone building kernels should try this kernel:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1029799

There are build instructions for the G2X, it works like a charms, overclocks to 1.4ghz cleanly, undervolts, BT & Wifi work well.
