any word about release date and where can I order without a contract?

They expect to ship it on the 6th of may.
The €489 (about $726) is without a contract.

??? Everything I read about the processor on reputable sites says 1.2GHz as well.
But that is a sweet deal for you guys!

Edit: And yeah, it's cheaper for Germans even with the 25€ shipping (cheapest I've seen the SGSII go for here is 530€). But for me it's not worth the hassle with support, warranty etc. :) Much rather pay the 30€ more, get it from amazon.de and don't have to worry about anything else. I'm lazy like that ^^.

They shipped it today, I will have it delivered in 2-3 days according to their email. Exciting Might be one of the first in holland to have this phone!

Currently on graduation internship in Paris, maar ben gewoon nederlands

Will be back in Utrecht next weekend, so hopefully it will be waiting for me there.

Also ordered a usb port, screen protector and 32gb sd card. my 8 gb micro sd due for replacement. With a bit of luck everything will be there once im on holland. Will be one of the first in Paris for sure. Launch here is even later I heard.
