[Q] App scaling on CM7

I'm a bit confused here, but it seems like a pretty major issue, and I didn't see anything about it when using the search functionality. I'm currently using CM7 on my new rooted NC.

Right now when using apps like Engadget Mobile and many other games, the screen only displays a small window where the app resides.

Is this normal behavior? I see apps like Angry Birds, Opera Mobile and DoubleTwist which all scale properly to the full screen size.

Is there an option that I'm missing somewhere? This seems a bit of a deal breaker to me if apps can't be used in full screen.

Under Spare Parts in the app drawer, uncheck Compatibility Mode on the bottom, reboot. If it is not checked, check and then uncheck it, then reboot.

I kept searching around in the CM settings and knew it had to be in there.

Apparently I need to take a deep breath and read some more.

!!! I'd always just assumed it was a issue we'd have to deal with on the NC. So glad to see that something can be done to fix the scaling!
