Seems omnia does not fully support the play. Advanced menu is grey and im only able to select identify

Not to worry guys, I know the guy in the phone shop just rang him and the way he see's it, "Sony allowed you to unlock the bootloader, you havent customized the software and it doesnt work, sony's own restore wont fix it so as far as im concerned it's faulty bring it back and ill replace it."

I suggest everyone who can do the same, Im going to edit the orginal post as this isnt really a fix, it's curing one problem and creating another.

The guy at service center returned back my Xperia Play saying it has modified Software and out of Warranty.He was demanding almost 70% of original for the phone replacement.

He also showed me that EMMA was not accepting to force flash the Phone unlike other models.

So i guess i need to wait fix from XDA and Sony service center is of no help

I would take that further if I was you, unlocking the bootloader does not void the warranty regardless of what they say, the phone is not fit for purpose and is faulty.
they cannot simply brush it aside, the software is not customized only the bootloader is unlocked. So the software is no longer covered but the hardware certainly is!

If its refusing to flash the hardware is faulty simples!

Do not use anymore this method!
It will brick your simlock state in device and cannot be undone without payserver!

Not got a brick anymore Ive replaced it with the shop for a new one, bootloader i think will stay locked now.
