working fine on Vibrant....just use root explorer to move the apk to the system\app folder and moved the lib file to the system\lib folder and changed permissions on both files after pasting to what the rest of the files are in the directory. (in my case rw-r-r) then reboot (uninstal or delete original gtalk apk before.

+ Can make calls

What doesn't work:
- Cannot receive calls
- In video calls my video is not transmitted
- When the other person has video support you cannot make voice only calls (I dont care much for video calls, and I dont want to waste my 3G data for video when I only want to make a voice call).
- Defaults to rear camera (no way to change it)

Tested on a Galaxy S running 2.3.3 (JVB), installed with CWM.

Same as above, except I default to FFC on EVO

- Worked through rear camera, which is the only camera the D2 has. I see myself and what my phone is "sending" but I don't see it on the other end. Just has my gchat picture.

- Voice works. I see everything on my phone.

- I can make calls from my phone, but I can't make calls to the phone. I'm trying to test phone to phone, but no one else I know has a GB phone.

use Menu --more --audio to call people that have video support

not working on Xperia Play.

Probably due to the Gingerbread 2.3.2?
