This problem is caused by android itselfs.
For me it's fixed in android version 2.3.5.

Thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately, after doing several reboots, I still cannot link my phone to the PC via KIES or in Mass storage mode. I checked the settings and USB Debugging is not ticked.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Could it be an issue with the kernel?

then tick USB debugging because i can assure you that MASS Storage works flawlessly no error there as of kies i don't use it so didn't tested it.

I can't go into USB mode if the USB Debugging option is ticked.

I'll flash to a different ROM via ODIN and provide feedback.

Next version will also support Farsi, Arabic & Urdu languages with swype and Stock Keyboard support

While on USB debug mode, you can still access your device storage. Just connect the USB cable to your PC, then pull down the status bar and tap the "USB connected" notification.

This rom looks very nice. Thanks.

I flashed this on my fathers sgs today and it has one or two issues.

1.There's no dropdown notification bar.
2. Gallery stops responding and fc,s.
3. Tw4 seems to lag a bit.

I came from stock jvr with speedmod kernel and did a factory reset beforehand.

I'm guessing it might have been a bad flash but I just thought id post my findings in case anybody else has these issues.

Hi All,

I flashed latest semaphore everything looks so fine. After installing BLN control and test it through the app, it's working. However, at regular use when sms arrives no BLN notification.

Any suggestion
