Lightbulb [Q] Custom binary count reset

Hi there Galaxy s2 owners

I was woundering ive had the galaxy s2 for a few days now and recently i flashed chains unsecure kernel, now the thing i noticed is that every time u flash somthing that count goes up. Does any of you Devs know how to reset this counter if so all help would be greatly recieved.

solution found by me ur post showed up when I was posting my thread.

can someone explain why the counter going up is a bad thing?

It is not a bad thing, if you have no problems with your phone.

You can ignore the counting, but if you have a problem and need warranty service from Samsung, they will charge you for the repair as flashing or changing the firmware other then through official means i.e. kies, your warranty is considered null and void.

Phone repairs can sometimes be expensive.

On latest 2.3.4 USB jig will not reset the counter .

I reset my 2.3.5 counter this evening with a USB jig

Only in the Official 2.3.5 KI Firmwares are fixed.
