Default Backup droid pro rom?

How do i backup a droid pro at the rom level? There is data on this device that I really need.

You must be rooted. Presuming you are running the updated firmware, root can be obtained via aroot (available here).

Make sure you have the latest Moto USB drivers (here)

Next install Droid 2 Bootstrapper (available in the Market), which will install Clock Work Recovery.

Boot into recovery and backup.

Whenever I try to download aroot from the "aroot" link, it just takes me to a page with a bunch of characters on it...am I missing some steps or something. I really need my Pro rooted again. I hate the bloatware and need it frozen.

The aroot file is compressed. Download and install 7zip or WinRAR on pc. Then tether your droid pro via usb cable... and then click on the aroot.bat file to root
