Default Weather widget updates randomly

It doesn't stock to 3 hour slot as requested.

Sometimes updates once a day.sometimes only manually....

Anyone else got this?

I'm on giffgaff network in UK.

Seems to be working fine for me. Maybe the weather is just always the same where you are?

Yes location based.

Its not always the same weather. The time of update doesn't change either

Yeah, the Samsung Accuweather widget updated sparodically, and never updated the location. After hoping for a few days that it would work properly, I decided to get the Weather channel widget from Market and it is working really well.

I wonder if there's an app / whitelist somewhere in the configuration files that the task could be added to so its not closed?
