Default Gameloft Support Experiences?

Hey all,

Anyone had any experience with Gameloft support?

I rooted my phone, but had already purchased 3 games from Gameloft so I lost them. I have been emailing support (with receipts) for 8 days now asking for new download details, and the only response I get is from their automated reply.

I want more of their games, but after this experience I may just have to get them all... in an alternative way

Anyone else experience similar?

Ok my bad, didn't think that one through. I lost the data when I flashed the bootloader.

When you download a gameloft game the .apk should be in the downloads folder of your memory card... surely that should still be there...

Sent from my R800i using XDA App

Ive never had a problem with support with gameloft, if i lost an apk i just emailed support, they then sent an email link or a text link with the download. Modern combat 2 didnt work poperly so they asked me what game i wanted for free to keep while they worked on a patch, got myself real football 2011 for nothing. Just be pleasant to the support team and youll get better responses
