[Q] Does this phone have TV Out?

what the title ask. Can it do TV Out like the original DINC?

I was just thinking the same thing and was about to ask. I just upgraded from my Incredible to the Incredible 2 this past weekend. I never did buy the video out cable, although I always wanted to. I looked at Verizon's site and they still have the video out cable that you could get with the original Incredible, but it says it's not compatible with the Incredible 2.

I think they expect people to use DLNA more and more these days instead of the USB or HDMI video out.

Another question would be if anyone has tried the DLNA support since it is DLNA certified? You can verify that it is by going to the DLNA website.

is there a way to use the usb port to create a video out... an adapter or anything?

Please try and do a little research before posting questions as xda is starting to get bogged down with multiple threads on the same topics. But here check this out.
