I'd like to downgrade my IS s710e from 2.12.981.2 to 1.37.708.2 but I don't know how I have to do?
I have1files:RUU_Vivo_hTC_Asia_HK_CHT_1.37.708.2_Rad io_Radio_20.23.30.0802U_38.02.01.11_M_release_1742 92_signed.exe

xda guys don't have access to 115 filehost
and they don't know Chinese much

you could use vpn and upload the file to international one rather than 115.
