[Q] after flashing cm7 hangs on boot

I have a new blade and just rooted and installed clockworkmod 3.x... then I downloaded cm7 n61 and wiped data/system/dalvik... after flashing it just hangs on the boot screen with a flashing green android...

I have a gen 1 device but flashed the converter thing...

What is converter thing? You shouldn't have used Windows flasher, you better should have used TPT.

Sounds like your blade didn't convert to gen2 correctly; possibly due to a corrupt download.

If you can get in to recovery flash a gen1 rom & see if it boots correctly.

If successful then use TPT method to try and convert again to gen2 (it's easier).
