DON'T PUSH THE DEV.
When you put a question when is possible i update this FAQ.

Please excuse my really bad english....


INSTALL INSTRUCTION FROM FRESH STOCK ROM
save all your data
start seus recovery from Sony Ericsson PC Companion and make your phone clean and fresh.
install a file explorer, install XRECOVERY and install the rom, then restart and install with XRECOVERY the HOTFIX you need.

CAN I UPGRADE FROM VERSION TO ANOTHER?
Yes in the 90% without trouble, your data and app are safe, but not from foryou to ginger and sometimes....

CAN I INSTALL ONLY THE LAST VERSION?
Usually the next version have all the hotfix and some tweeks, yes you can.

SOME APP CRASH, WHY?
Try to delete all the data of the app from the application menu.
Try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Sometimes you need a fresh SEUS flash...Try to discover if your app not work only for you or all the people...

SOME APP DON'T INSTALL (like angry birds), AND NOW?
Try to Wipe Dalvik Cache using xRecovery
In case, if any app doesn't install even after cleaning Dalvik Cache via xRecovery for some reason.. Try this command:
rm /mnt/secure/asec/smdl2tmp1.asec
Or simply navigate to /mnt/secure/asec/ using root explorer, find smdl2tmp1.asec and delete it. It will solve the problem.

MY BATTERY HAVE STRANGE DRAIN ISSUE
Try this: make a full charge of the x10, set wifi option "never sleep", reboot in xrecovery, wipe battery stats and then use ALL the battery before the new recharge.

I CAN'T UPDATE AN APP, WHY?
Try to delete data app or unintall the app (for system app uninstall with titanium backup or similar app) and then install it again.

I HAVE SOME KEYBOARD HARDWARE AND LAYOUT ISSUE...

HOW I CAN MAKE FM RADIO WORK?

Turn off Wifi
Turn on Bluetooth (wait till its started)
connect Head Phones
start FM App (make sure when you hit menu button you have set the right region)
And listen to FM Radio

MULTITOUCH NOT WORK, WHY?
It's possible you have a differtent version of x10 mini pro, there are an alternative module, be happy, try this link and copy the module in your /system/lib/modules with a filemanager (you need to reboot).

SOME DEFAULT STOCK ROM APPLICATION NOT WORK (like ALBUM), WHY?
We don't have sony Ericsson framework... sorry, stay tuned for next hotfix.

MY X10 SOMETIMES REBOOT, WHY?
Reboots? -> Flash non overclocked version or try to remove undervolt option.

MY X10 FREEZE AT SE LOGO, NOW?
Stuck at SE Logo? -> Wipe Data and Dalvik Cache, restore via MyPhoneExplorer or something Else

CAN'T USE OLD APP2SD and ext2/3/4 PARTIOTION, WHY?
Some custom roms use the native Froyo app2sd, go in the app menu and move from here to the sd, the old app2sd is born for Enclair rom, on this roms not work.

I CAN'T MOVE APPS TO SD, WHY?
Can't move apps to SD?? -> Format SD Card or delete hidden folders on SD Card
Make sure you have 'Allow application moving' checked in settings>cyanogenmod settings>application settings

I CAN'T OPEN DISPLAY SETTINGS FOR AUTO BRIGHTNESS, WHY?

IN THIS ROM WE SHOULD HAVE JIT ENABLEAD OR DISABLED?
Leave jit enabled, it gives you the best overall performance. If you play a lot of games its ok to turn it off. I leave it on all the time. If you need to save battery you can also try to turn jit off. Resizing jit heap takes a bit of battery

HOW I CAN SET AN APP AS THE DEFAULT APP?
Go to the application menu ---> manage application ---> find the old default app and remove the default. Next time android make you the question of the new default app.

HOW I CAN REMOVE SYSTEM APP?
IS Dangerous but if you want try use an app like TITANIUM BACKUP.

MY PHONE STAYS AT SONY LOGO OR IS IN BOOT LOOP
Check baseband version ends with xxxxxxxxx015 if not you WILL need to flash to newest Sony Firmware with SEUS ( 2.1.1.A.06)


MY KEYBOARD HAVE SOME TROUBLE WITH LIGHT...
Ok once again:
Goto Settings -> Display : turn off automatic brightness
Now goto Settings-> Cyanogen Mod -> User Interface -> Automatic Backlight:

Enable the Checkbox "Enable"
Length of Timewindow : 30 seconds
Timeintervall : 5 seconds
Adjusted Lightlevels
Levels of Backlight : 26
Edit Levels


Set the Levels to the numbers in the attched image.

Once you done scroll back up and click on "Save & Apply Button"
The Translation from the Image.
Bildschirm = Screen
Tasten = Buttons
Tastatur = keyboard

enter the provided values from the image. You'll see what needs to be done.

SMILEY PAGE ON SYM KEY IS FREEZED EVERYTIME SCROLLED TO THE END,HOW TO FIX?
Enable desktop overscrolling in cm setting > user interface. It only works for Sym Key page while keyboard is opened, not for the portrait style touch keyboard.

I CAN'T FIND OR USE MP3 RINGTONES OR RINGTONES ON FROYOCOMB
put ringtones or mp3's on /sdcard/ringtones and reboot

MY AUDIO LAGS WHEN PLAYING MUSIC
Set MINIMUM cpu speed to at least 245 MHz or 320 MHz instead of 122 MHz

PROBLEMS WITH WIFI?
Install this through xrecovery, thanks to bitmovel

I DISABLED WLAN AND ENABLED BLUETOOTH BUT I STILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BLUETOOTH

try:
settings - apps (all) - "bluetooth forwarding" - clear data
- reboot to xrec:
- clear dalvik cache, clear cache data
- reboot, enter pin, wait (wait until system is booted completely
- reboot again
- have fun
( lazy people can try if just clearing app data in first step helps, otherwise go through the described process)


I HAVE PROBLEM WHEN USING USSD CODE. IT ALWAYS FAILED AND HAVE ERROR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Slade is working on it but for the time being you can type the number using your mini pro keyboard, The ussd code will works perfectly.

I CAN'T INSTALL CUSTOM.ZIP ON CWM RECOVERY BUT WITH XRECOVERY I CAN...
This script it's amend script, so it need to be translated to edify script for work on CWM recover

TROUBLE WITH MMS SENDING
1. go to your phone providers site and find the manually mms settings for your phone and set the numbers like it says.

2.go in to the internet APN and set APN-type like so: default,supl,mms(have only 2 APN 1 internet 1 mms)

3.reboot your phone and enjoy

Please give us more info, rom, baseband, oc/uv installed, and if possible, a Logcat

where's this remove defualt app option? i looked in all the settings. if there's an easier way to remove than going into adb, then please tell me.
