Default Stuck at Dell logo and none of the restore methods are working.

A couple of days ago I was streaming a show from nbc.com and my streak froze so I pressed the pinhole reset and now when I turn on my streak it won't go past the Dell logo. I have tried flashing using fastboot and adb but still nothing. I have even tried restoring using nvflash and still nothing. When I boot in to CWM recovery and try to reinstall rooted 2.2.2 it starts installing then gives error "install modem error". When I try to mount /data or format /data it gives me an error. Help, anyone! I have also tried to reflash cwm recovery and the original recovery image but even though it says write successful it doesn't take.

What happens when you try to Fastboot flash?
Does it actually seem to work, or fail right away?
Devices:

It actually seems like its working, this is what it says:
sending 'recovery' (16384 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.785s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 0.384s]
finished. total time: 2.171s
It does the same when I flash the boot and system img's as well but when I reboot the streak it just stays on the Dell logo.

Okay, but you need to flash boot not recovery.
Open up the zip for the ROM you want and extract the boot.img file.
Then use Fastboot to flash it to boot.
Then see if your Streak boots to the lock screen.

I have done that. I was just using recovery as an example for what its doing/showing. I have flashed boot, system, and recovery individually and one after another with the same result. Any other ideas? Thanks for the help!

I'm using the boot, recovery, and system images from illdill's post "Restoring the Streak 7 using nvflash."
