[Q] T mobile Wing start button problem

Anyone experiencing this? My start menu continuous showing up without pressing the start button. Ex. when im using internet explorer the start menu automatically show up and it will lead my phone to hang. I try reflashing my phone but the problem still exist. I really appreciate all the help that i can get. . thanks in advance.

try to hard reset your device first so that the device returns to the default settings - the way it is when you first buy and turn it on, after that you can reflash again

Thanks a lot on your advice. I done doing what you have say but still the problem exist. Im wondering if the problem of my phone is in the hardware. Any Idea?

try to reflash with stock ROM first

I dont know if the problem is the hardware. I do not bring my phone to the technician for my HTC has not been sold here in our country. My problem still in here. .But it is now less active. I try re-aligning my screen every time the start button clicking continues. Don't stop re-aligning while holding the start button on the key pad until the continues clicking stops. Holding down the start button at the keypad pervent the start menu on continues clicking that's why you need to hold it down while re-aligning the screen.
