I would recommend the whole assortment of gaming console emulators. I have seen them running gorgeously and... well, let's face it, the phone was made for them.

If you have root, Root Explorer and Titanium Backup are quite the asset, and if CWM comes to the phone, ROM Manager will be an important tool as well. 3G Watchdog if you have a cap on your data connection. My other recommendations are more sectorial: Cool Reader for ebooks, Dropbox, Firefox and GPS Aids.

I dont use applanet, but i know a lot do. Android drm is evolvolving to an extent where any dev worth his wack can protect an app from pirates anyway, so the majority off apps on applanet wont work anyway

thanks for the great feedbacks. this is my first android phone and i'm really excited in tinkering with it. i would agree on the emulators currently have almost all of them but lack sd space. i'm having problems running the tiger mame emu though
