Default difference between htc wildfire and buzz wildfire

Is Wildfire and Buzz Wildfire are same handset
and if yes
i have owned wildfire new to device
want to know what modifications i can do in it.
starting from rooting to custom roms

Yes they are the same device. Buzz is the internal name for the Wildfire by HTC. (All devices have such a name - Atleast HTC ones. More examples - Desire is called Bravo, Desire HD is called Ace, Desire Z is called Vision, Desire S is called Saga, Sensation is called Pyramid etc etc)

For modifications, you will have to root your phone, which is possible only if it is on Official 2.1 release. Official 2.2.1 cannot be rooted by any software yet, and the link below is not applicable in that case.

It depends were you are - there a 3 types of wildfire:

Buzz A3333 - sold in uk and europe, looks like

Buzz A3335 - same as A3333 but supports australia 3g bands instead

Bee - looks like and uses CDMA (and is sold in north america)

the buzz a3333 is the only one which can be modded (at your own risk)
Devices: Palm Pre (WebOS 2.1.0)(Spare phone), HP Touchpad (WebOS 3.0.5) and HTC Sensation (Android 4.0.3)

lies, the a3335 can be modded the same as the a3333, just dont mess with the radio

ive got an a3333 (which also supports australian 3g bands..), the difference between the a3333 and the a3335 is that the a3335 supports telstra's nextG network.
