Default [Q] Install on top of?
Hey, I already have MiniCM6 installed and I'd love to give nobodayAtall a big thankyou. I want to upgrade to CM7.. Can I just install again from xRecovery or do I have to format my phone to the default firmware and then install it.. Thanks.

just read the instructions in the thread.
(no you don't need to go back to stock :), just perfom a backup, and a factory reset before installing the rom)
