already posted this on another forum so hope you dont mind the link, i posted 1 shot so u can see. This was a standard black SGS with the 2 parts replaced, its so nice :P

According to the link given its from Samsung apparently. Looks damn cool. Would be cool if could know where to get the parts from (Dont think i'm able to get it at malaysia as we dont have white galaxy s here )
