Yea, I'm with ACD168, I haven't heard of it either. Does it have something to do with rooting (the Dinc2)?!
I saw your thread on the incredible forum.

Its pretty much just drivers for ur device on a windows pc..i realized it when i booted up my win 7 instead of my usual linux a couple of days ago.
