All done, seems to have worked fine but it does not remove custom recovery or lock the bootloader. I would assume that ADB oem lock will take care of that.

On another note, is the radio in this thing really that bad or do I just have a dud? I get 0 bars in my house and 0 to 1 bar out side. I have not seen more that 3 bars and that was in a Walmart. With my HTC hero I got 1 to 2 bars inside and 4 bars outside. Anyone else having this issue?

I think you can flash the bootloader and modem tar's via Odin. I would think that should lock the bootloader and install the radio/modem.

Installs drivers perfectly fine, but when I get to the last step of starting the download I get an error.

Any idea how one might obtain the pit file for our phone?

the pit isnt needed, it pulls it from the phone.. only if you need to repartition (if you need to do that then holy crap what did you do??)

also odin is a fickle beast as this program is a a frontend for it, i imagine it suffers the same issues. best bet is to pull battery and try again.

Thanks for the recovery image. Worked like a charm. Any possibility of extracting a system img and using fastboot to load it?
