weather update

Miro you have not a solution for us yet? What could be the explanation?
Pls give us help out here!

So i have solution and as Miro said it is a server problem. So u have to change it to another one. Just change it to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\ManilaWeather.Serve rURLOverride=http://htc.accuweather.com/widget/htc/forecast-data_v3.asp?ac=TR2cra9U&locCode=%25ls

problem for me i can get to >> HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC , but then i cant see anything named manila weather ?

im back to mirom 8 cfc as wp7 bores me haha.

it used to update my location fine before but now as you say theres a server problem but i cant find the manilaweather.server you say to fix this

I do the change using CeRegEditor produced by mdSoft.
Is an registry editor for WM or Win CE and is really easy to install on your home computer and gain access through the ActiveSync to your device registry.

But the real path is: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila\Weather.Serv er URLOverride=http://htc.accuweather.com/widget/htc/forecast-data_v3.asp?ac=TR2cra9U&locCode=%25ls

You miss one "\" after ...\HTC\manila\

worked perfectly with the new server thanks guys

also just found out that with this new server weather will update through 3g so theres no need to finnd wifi to update weather. it will update first time every time through 3g so this is a good fix !!!!!
