Nook Wont Boot

I have a friend of mine's Nook which he had autonooted 3.0 installed on. He gave it to me to update it to cyanogen 7. I followed the usual steps to flash the rom and when it got to the bootscreen, it just sat there for over 20 minutes. I decided to try and reboot it and now it wont power on. Been trying to follow the dummies guide but its a bit confusing. Is there a simple method to get this thing going again? I guess Im a real DUMMY. Any help appreciated.

Update: I was able to make it into cwr 3.0.0.5 from the Sd card. Now what?
Update 2: Was able to make it to the N boot screen. Stuck there now.
Update 3: Did a factory reset by holding n key while booting. After reset complete, still stuck on n screen.
