I did get it from shimshop on ebay, it took around a week and half.

2) Good lookin out on this ebay seller!!!! I'm going thru his selection and there are SO MANY TO CHOOSE! I definitely prefer solid colors over the argyle and swirl ones all over the internet and amazon. I want a clear one... but may settle for this black one. Thanks again!

It does not scratch unless you intended to with like a scissors our something sharp like that.
