Welcome to Royal Panache...

This is a PURE SENSE rom and is based on the leak for the HTC Panache (The Candian Glacier). This Rom is Gingerbread 2.3.3 and HTC Sense 2.1

Much thanks to Tiger_13, Ckisgin, faux123, Jack_R1 and anyone else I am forgeting for the help on this and everything else. Also THANKS to all the people in the community that contribute to our devices being GREAT!! Without all of you this community would not be the place it is.

Installation instructions

Download Rom from above link and put on the root (main folder) of your sdcard.
Boot into recovery and do the following to wipe your device.
Full wipe each flash (unless otherwise stated).
This is how you should wipe:
Main Recovery Menu:
1. Wipe data / factory reset
2. wipe cache partition
Advanced Recovery Menu:
3. Wipe Dalvik Cache
Mounts and Storage Recovery Menu:
4. Format System

From the main recovery menu you can now choose "Install zip from sdcard"
Scroll to the Rom you placed on the root of your sdcard and click on it to install.
When completed, reboot your device.
Enjoy!!
Special instructions: Give 4 minutes+ to boot on first boot please.

First time setup instructions
If you would like to try and restore your market apps via Google you can sign into Google on initial setup to restore your contacts and Market apps should restore automaticly if you use that option (Shouldnt need to go to market or anything). After setup I suggest letting the phone sit for 10-15 minutes depending on how many apps you have that need to be restored.

Use the "Launchkey" app (Included) to set up the right dock button to open any app or a menu with the 8 most used apps/functions you use.

Change lockscreen widgets/wallpaper by hitting Menu>Personalize>Lockscreen if you have flashed the kingdom lockscreen add on.

If you have other issues you can always try:
Format SDcard (optional but sometimes fixes issues - Be warned you will loose everything on your SDcard Pictures,music, videos everything unless you make a backup of your SDCARD onto your PC.)

This should be common knowledge by now but if you want to complain about an issue make sure you have a log cat also you should be running a log cat on every first boot. If you dont have ADB set up on your computer follow this very easy guide to set it up. It truly only takes a few minutes.

MODS and TWEAKS
This is the Sense 3.0 Kingdom Lockscreen and some extras. tiger13 took some time to figure out what was causing our gallery FC while using this lockscreen. Please take the time to thank him in some of his posts and thank the guy that gave us permission to use his work (Link found below).

HERE IS THE KINGDOM Lockscreen, SMS & Weather ONLY FOR THIS ROM (DO NOT FLASH ANY THEME OR OTHER MODS WITH OUT CHECKING WITH DREW OR SOMEONE! IF ANY OTHER ROSIE.APK IS USED YOU WILL LOSE FEATURES! AND OTHER MODS ARE CAUSING THE FC AND IS A PAIN TO FIX..)

If you have any problems (FCs, weather not syncing and so on) try to do a data partition wipe or go to Settings -> Applications -> Mnage aplications -> All apps and clear data of these apps:


Bugs-

Friendstream does not show contact pictures


DO NOT ENABLE SOUND ON WEATHER!!!!! IF YOU DO IT WILL FC. IF FOR SOME REASON IT FC AFTER FLASH DO THIS:

1. TURN OFF DATA (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!)

2.THEN OPEN WEATHER AND GO TO SETTINGS, THEN UNCHECK SOUND

3.TURN DATA BACK ON, AND SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO

INSTALL- (if you are just updating then just wipe all caches)

1. FULL WIPE, INCLUDING CACHES-reflash rom

2. LET ROM BOOT AND GO AHEAD AND SET IT UP

3. WIPE CACHES AND FLASH MMS

4. LET IT BOOT THEN WIPE CACHES AGAIN AND FLASH WEATHER,

5. LET BOOT THEN WIPE CACHES AGAIN AND FLASH LOCKSCREEN AND YOURE DONE

YOU CAN CHANGE THE SHORTCUTS THROUGH THE PERSONALIZE SETTINGS

yeah doesnt seem like there is a trackpad wake but it is a official rom and trackpad wake is more of a addon from devs

does this build have the model name fixed

Seeing that this is sense we're gonna need MMS Blurry fix on this bad boy & The Wifi calling isn't connecting for me is it the case for anyone as well?

I wanna try this but I'm stuck on eVil D's virtuous niceness....I'll keep my eye on here & wait for some feedback
