Default [Q] unlock to all networks

iv just bought an xperia play and just wandered if anyone could help me out with some advice or guidence on how to unlock the device to use on another network.

In France the unlocking is available for Free after three months but i know there is some resellers that do this trick for about 15 euros. Check resellers in your country or call them it's more safe than using internet.
