This is odexed, uses Zeam Launcher instead of stock Android launcher. A lot of things were removed (some languages, wallpapers,..) and the ROM is incredibly lightweight (only 55Mo !). For a full features list, see my website.

Thanks, my first impressions are that it's very smooth and quick. A great rom if your looking for something that just works well and doesn't have any unnecessary clutter.

Update...been running this for a few hours now and haven't experienced a single problem - top job :)

It's not the same thing. An odexed ROM should be faster and quicker (Google official releases are odexed)
