[Q] Security tracking app that utilizes front camera

I'm wondering if there is a security app similar to Lookout, Prey or WaveSecure that does all the tracking/locking/wiping/ringing actions on a phone, and also utilizes the front camera to take a picture of a culprit and send it to their servers.

I know Prey does this on their computer software, but I don't believe it does on Android?

I've looked through the Android Market and I can't seem to find an app that does this.

Personally I think this would increase the chances of finding a lost phone immensely. Especially if the app was coded to immediately take a picture when an incorrect password is entered after the phone is remotely locked, then send off the picture whenever the phone is next connected to the internet.
