Default [Q] Voodoo sound alternative?

As you all know stock SGS had a crapy sound as well as recording sound quality issues.

Did someone was considering writing something similar for O2x to improve sound/enable loundness?

Voodoo Sound was a specially-written driver for the incredible audio processor that the sgs used (but Samsung underutilised).
I don't think the OP2X has a similar quality chip, so a software solution would be less than ideal... But I'm happy to be proven wrong!

The O2X is actually using the same Wolfson audio chip as the SGS, so porting Voodoo should be possible.
