I though it is not allowed to ask for paid apps on XDA. But since this is an pre-installed app you can get it out stock ROM?

No I m nt on stock rom..i m on kyrillios 4.1 custom rom..he didn't add that app...so I need it..please if any1 can help

You can download from xda deodexed rom files. Thindroid.apk is what you need.

Cant u upload it here...its not pirated content ,every rom contains full version of it..so my file is missing so I m jst asking u people to help me get this..i m nt asking for pirated 1..if somebody can copy the app from the root explorer and save on the sd card...then upload it here...it would be a gr8 help 4 me...its not that hard..i knw every1 has rootexplorer or qtadb...so its easy for u guys ...hope u understand my point..

Is there a possibility to be free for Samsung Galaxy users? It's implemented in our roms, and to use it you have to activated it via internet.
