How can one edit the prefix digits of one missing country in the GMT list of HTC GMT locations.

My example: i need that GMT 0 with country prefix +351 (Lisbon, Portugal),
be available to selected. Presently i had to opt for GMT 0 London, Dublin
but the prefetched prefix (which is not 351, at all -- but very different)
suposedly prevents placing -- both sending and receiving -- local phone calls and sms.

I'll very much appreciate some help on this issue.
Afterall i average that it is one of the manifold vocations of this site.

THANKZ, but while i acknowledge your kind willingness to help, the referred thread is too tech demanding for a newbe as i am. Sadly enough, i deceided
it made very little sense to keep a device that does not allow to receive or place phone calls (it envelopes the 3 digits i padtype in parenthesis, as if they were my local prefix...
What realy puzzles me is how come and why, expert people in cooking very otherwise attractive and stable versions flashable ROMs, such as AUSDIM and
or PdaVIET to quote only these 2, and do not recognize the exioxtence of a country with 9 cernturies in Europe and Citty which worldwide known for various reasons and factors. But this same persons did not forget to include in the GMT database locals such as Aardvark, Iceland and/or Seshenkwan,?, USA which are places that defy a geologist student to identify, let alone map-pinpointing! One more amazing fact!!! Believe it or not.
So I had to give up my recent htc small flashing victories.
But take the opportunitty to thank you for your feedback of help attempt.
