[Q] PoV mobii 10.1 3g, wanna change ROM

hi guys,
I've order this tablet, PoV mobii tegra 10.1 with 3g...
If I want to flash a new ROM, can I use a ROM for advent vega? or not? will 3g module run or not?
cause I need 3g, but also the market

and also, does PoV have multitouch?? I can't understand from the product site...

A lot of questions

a) PoV mobii is the same as Advent Vega, only that Advent Vega is not available with a 3G modem. So in principle all Vega ROMs work for PoV mobii as well.

b) 3G is a different subject. I have a Viewpad 10s (same as PoV mobii, but different branding) with internal Huawei 3G modem. A lot of ROMs didn't work for me, that's why I created my own ROM (with market, 3G support, ... => Ganbarou ROM V0.3b). You have to test by yourself. Some ROMs work with tablets that have an Ericsson 3G inside, some work with an Huawei 3G, some work with both. You need to test.

c) All these tablets (Advent Vega, PoV mobii, Viewpad 10s, Shuttle AN10P01, ....) have multi touch feature.

But if I found the modem driver, can I use some rom to update for my tab, no?

You have to try and read the threads for the specific ROM.

As far as I know:
VegaComb - 3G is working, GPS is not working
CM7 - 3G not working yet
Corvus5 - 3G not working (with my Huawei modem)
Ganbarou - 3G working
stock ROM - 3G working
MoDaCo r8 - 3G working
