Default Screen lag in my i9003

Brought the device for a week but just feeling lag in screen operation in the program list, mis-opening program when flipping through pages
And the lag was found especially in the home, when placing a large widget in one of the home pages.

Did you guide suffer from this? I am from Hong Kong, please forgive my language.
I've done the lag fix, but somehow the situation does not improve.
Thank you.

1. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1004647 — there is all stock roms.
2. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1004622 — how to flash firmware. I used it for 1 flash (use .pit file with all other files, but people said that it will be better use like in that post)

Thank you for your picture.
I think there is no Traditional Chinese Language pack.
But could you find Chinese Language input method?
Thx.

If there is no Chinese language input method there,
maybe the only way is to use another apps for the input.

No there are the same languages for the input. Also I'm using Gingerbread keyboard, but it also doesn't have the Chinese language.
