HD2 play MP3 successful as a ringtone ( see how)

hi guys many ppl say that wm7 only read WMA and we need convert bla bla bla , but i tried put mp3 files into ringtones folder with TouchXperience 1.3.2.0 and seems it run perfectly, just copy to ringtones folder . and after go to ur ringtones on your hd2 and see the files u copy to the folder are there ready to play


for users who have this message when trying to connect the hd2 to Windows Phone device Maneger " need new version off TouchXperience 1.3.2.0 or later " only need run this reg file into your windows 7 .

tools you will need :

WPDeviceManagerFix.reg ( this .reg will correct the connection)

I've tried that and it worked .. Tried it with touchXplorer it worked perfectly

lol, i did the same thing yesterday, funny that i see this post. only thing that sucks is that ur zune music folder doesn't have the name of the song on it, so u have to go through the songs one by one untill u find the one u want to paste on ur "my ringtones" folder, has anyone figured out an easier way?

All my MP3 songs are 2-8MB, my ringtones are 200-450KB, just look for the small files and you will find its quicker. However i do agree with you, it would be so much quicker if Zune kept the original names
