try to read again, the apps is contained in that firmware. Do you think launchers are not apps?
and what does that ROM use as launcher? the answer is Launcher PRO PLUS. so why? because Launcher PRO PLUS is A PAID APP, NOT FREE, which XDA doenst allow to be shared here.

here's a list of apps contained in that ROM that i know its a NOT FREE apps :
- LauncherProPlus v 8.5
- ApPlanet (additional market) (This one really broke XDA rules)
- Root Explorer 2.15

how do i know that its contained in that ROM? because OP write it in his post, re-read his post, and you'll see

As already some good user said, XDA Forums don't allow any paied app, that's mean that also Roms within those apps aren't allowed.
Fix your Rom and i will open again thread.
