[Q] Developer that can develop an appa to detect which program is using how much data

Hi,

I know a similar question was posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=564079 no answer was found!

There was no know app that could identify which app is using what amount of data. Most of us use 3G Watchdog, droid wall, netstats etc but that doest detect which app is using how much data.

This is a call to developers out there that think can develop such an app to test their skills and develop such an app. I atually wanted to post this on the development section but didnt want to be attacked.

There is a need for such an app!
