I'm confuesed what chainfire 3D does on x8 xperia

1. does increase support for games?
2. does it increase performace on all games?

It not support x8, minimal cpu is 1000mhz. It add support for games maked for tegra cpus. No chance to incrase speed on shakira

it works especailly for me with plants vs zombies u just have to force 16 bit then it runs sweet

po ki chuj uzywasz czegos, jesli nie wiesz do czego to jest? w necie jest sporo informacji o tym, po polsku rowniez, google nie gryza.

well, chainfire 3d works and it works well. you don't have to overclock your cpu to make it run, it doesn't require 1 ghz.
i don't know if it increase support for games, but i don't think so. afaik, the only games that we can't run are these, that require armv7, and chainfire won't help in that case. but surely, it does increase performance in games, but only in 3d games (that's why its name is chainfire3D). the difference is noticeable, however i didn't test many games, just a few. if you're a gamer, then this is highly recommended thing for you, but remember, it increases FPS, but reduces quality at the same time.
oh, i forgot about the one thing. you can run games with wrong sd cache (i mean, sd cache for wrong cpu/gpu, for example if you download sd cache for tegra 2 you can run it anyway) if you use plugin drivers.

hey .. if you got problems installing chainfire 3d on xperia x8.. try this

you need a rooted x8
change the lcd density from 160 to 140
fix the market incompatibility issue and you are ready to go
it worked for me
minicm7 2.2.1+nAa 13 kernel
cpu @ 787 mhz
