I don't think you can get one to be honest. HTC removed arrows long time ago I think.
Steve007 did a mod ages ago for gingerbread but I've not seen one for ics. Like u say its been long gone that feature, like sense 2 times! :P

First time I have heard that after hundreds of downloads, but I will do some testing. Are you using the Finer Volume Control mod or the Finest Volume Control mod? Thanks!

thank you!
edit: I just retried it again, I think it's working fine with the music app. But I never use it, I only use poweramp and it's still doing it again.
I just tested both Finer and Finest versions for ARHD non-XE and can't reproduce your problem with Winamp or the stock player. At the high end and low end of the range on the Finest volume mod, there is little difference between some of the levels, but lower is always lower and higher is always higher, even if just slightly.
Just saw your edit, I will try PowerAmp in a bit....Well, that was quick. PowerAmp (the trial version at least) definitely has an issue with several different levels using the Finest volume control mod. It completely dropped sound 4 times I think down the 30 step range, and went up/down/up/down several times within the range as well. I will add a note to the the main thread.
REVELATION!!
How many people who have WiFi turning itself on have System Tuner Pro installed?
Never had the problem, started playing with Faux and Sebastian kernels, so I loaded the app, and now my WiFi turns itself on all the time.
Uninstalling now and driving to work. If it's still off when I get there, I believe I found the issue -- not ROM or kernel, but app related.

Like eruan, I don't have that app installed yet I do have the WiFi-I-wont-sleep-like-you-tell-me-to issue.
So the cause is still out there to find. This being said it would not surprise me that some app actually sets parameters either upon installation or upon de-installation so that the phenomen no longer occurs.
Currently my eggs are in the wifi-fix.zip basket.
cheers

Unfortunately it did not help me, my WiFi turned on by itself overnight again.

Maybe these few precision can help you. I'm using ARHD 6.5.3 XE (always latest versions)
SebastianFM's kernel 1.30.4 (always latest one)
Extended Quick Settings 4G
Super APM
Custom battery (glowing)
Unkown Source As Default
HQ Camera Mod
I use PowerAmp Pro (latest version) with Beats enhencement (no SRS, no EQ, sometimes tones)
Try this: flash finest volume mod, using PowerAmp, put the volume at maximum, then lower it 4 times. You should hear nothing, then if you lower it again, the volume will be about 80%.
Well, you may be a grumpy old man but in this you are right. Many of these posts are identical, from people with a few posts, zero thanks, and generally their first post in a dev thread.
I had a policy for a time where if I saw a post from someone where if they admitted (or obviously) hadn't attempted a single search, they immediately went to the ignore list. No hesitation, straight to the ignore list, do not pass Go, etc...made the thread a lot shorter. I also got more PMs. :/
However, when I took over the RIL thread, I removed everyone from my ignore list since I figured I was volunteering and putting myself out there, but I have added a couple back to the list since then. I added two extra steps to my evaluation. I look at their thanks count and ratio. If they have lot of posts, but low thanks, then they go on the ignore list since they clearly do not try to help others. If they have a lot of thanks or a decent ratio, then I chalk it up to a bad day or a brain fart and try to help them. The other steps is a signature. No sig, no info in the posted question, no help.
Now, I realize some people might think I am being cruel, but in a lot of ways this forum and threads are like an intelligence test.
If you can't read it, you shouldn't be doing it.
If you read it and can't understand it, you shouldn't be doing it.
If you read it again and still can't understand it, you shouldn't be doing it.
If you just don't get it and don't want to put in a few hours LEARNING and want someone to spoon feed it to you, you shouldn't be doing it.
When you want to maximize your support by whatever criteria, you have to be selective. Obviously in this community making an effort to contribute is a healthy selector, as well as reading or at least searching for an answer.
(I'm hoping I'm not on your ignore list so that you actually see this supportive post.
PS: Supportive of you and a few others including mister grumpy from München whose posts I like a lot.)
