Hey,

when switching from non-XE-version to XE-version (or other way) is there a superwipe neccessary?

No.

Hi guys! Sadly, this tweak does not work on ICS Best to do is to use the zepp supercharger script or select the option to lock launcher in memory when flashing the ROM

I have a 5sec lag when trying to dial a number from contacts or even the phone dialer.

any one know of a solution ?

The call list/dialer takes several secs when loading first time. Keep it open. Do not kill all apps in task manager. After the first opening the dialer should take no time as its already open.
You can try clearing the log if your log is too big.
