Now that the bootloaders will be unlock who will be coming back?

I was up in the air although I don't think I was ever going to leave the e3D. But out of principale alone I was pissed the phone would not get full root. But I'm 100% back on board and convinced this is currently the phone to beat... until holiday season rolls around.

Im still wanting confirmation that this policy will affect evo 3d.

I already had mine reserved. I threatened to wait & hold out while hoping they'd change their stance. I'm very happy they did.

ok so i read that HTC has come out and said they are going to change their stance on locking bootloaders. But do we have actual confirmation that the Evo 3d is shipping unlocked? Or just new devices that haven't shipped yet?

I never left I just said I was, as a form of protest. I kinda knew it would work because of the uproar. If HTC felt they would lose that many customers then yes they would change.
