U can exclude the file in the virusscanner :)

Hi all, this is one of the first times i've posted on this forum. I've downloaded the extracter program, but can't seem to extract the program from the rar file. When I drag it onto the desktop nothing appears, when I select the file in winrar and try to extract and then get the folder to extact only with no exe in the folder, I've also tried to extract in 7z and still nothing, anyone got any suggestions?

Windows 7 64bit
