You can remove applications prior to flashing by editing the rom .zip file with an archiving tool (WinRAR/WinZip). Just browse to \system\app and delete the .apk files which you would not like to install. Also, the developer put some apps in the \sdcard\virtuous_sensation\app.rom\ folders. Same as above, delete which you dont need.

If you already installed the ROM, you can use Titanium Backup (free from market) to deinstall apps. Just longpress the app and selecte remove/delete (dont have it installed so dont know the exact text)

hi, i do s-off my phone, direcly install recovery and than su, downloaded virtuous, flashed it and wait for a long time now after it showed the black HTC quietly brilliant screen

Flashed. ROM rebooted two times during setup after first boot.
