I have it on (load profile at boot). Actually I thought it was a problem with my Rom at first but -no- after a clean install it is/was still there.
Probably the issue lies with the fact that when the battery is removed Tegrak *thinks* that the overclock is unstable (an obvious bug), so on your next restart it simply doesn't load the said profile. Problem is that my battery often "disconnects" (like I said it runs out of juice often when I'm at work), so time and time again Tegrak thinks there's an issue with my overclock (an annoyingly silly thing to do) so it disables it.
It is a serious problem for my usage and I may consider asking my money back, or at least -it would be great- if there was an option to disable this -not so smart- "overclock guard" for those so need to.
