Default Slow to charge?

My HTC Thunderbolt would often charge above 700mAh. It seems on house charger my Charge will charge at about 270mAh and in the car maybe 370mAh. It seems it takes a while for the Charge to charge? Anybody else see this? Using Battery Monitor Widget.

I apologize. It was mentioned on another forum. Get mixed up in all my travels. Basically, make sure that you are using the charger that came with the phone. If charging speed is of the essense, switch the phone to 3g or even airplane mode as it charges. Leave the phone alone while it charges and leave the screen off. If all else fails, contact Verizon and get it swapped out.

DONATE TO ME
USB/Computer and Wireless charging are at 475mA and the AC/Wall charger should give you 800mA

Setup a Development Environment
Setup and Use the Android SDK
Stock Odin Restore files

You can find the answer to all of your questions right here. If that doesn't work, then try this or this

FYI - I just checked the chargers for the Charge (Am I stuttering?).

The tiny cube travel charger that comes with the phone is a 5.0 VDC / 1.0 A charger.

The Samsung multimedia dock / charger (that has the backup battery) comes with a 5.0 VDC / 0.7 A charger.

So, as crazy as it sounds, the larger dock/charger actually has the slower charging capabilities. This may be to prolong battery life, though.

While LiIon battery packs can be charged quickly, it stresses the battery pack to do so. A slower daily charge will allow for longer overall lifetime for the pack(s).
