[DEV] Help... for ALL!

Hi everybody, today I buy a Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8.
I would like to install a Sense ROM from racht, but i don' t know nothing
In that ROM, i need to install Busybox and Baseband, Xrecovery and Root Permission, but how do i do?
