How can we make a backup of our stock rom ... can some one please
give us the manual for this?

Just to say that I already had root via your previous insecure kernel and had no issues. But with CF-Root applied, IPtables is broken again and consequently breaks Droidwall. This same issue existed with my previous SGS handsets using your previous CF-Root's.

As you mentioned in OP, the CWM Manager remains when changing kernel. Is there a quick way to remove the CWM Manager app?

Anyone having trouble starting the CWM manager app ?
After starting the app i authorized it for superuser but cwm manager keeps on showing a dialog "CWM manager needs Superuser acces to function".

Checked the superuser app and cwm is listed there...

Anyone knows a solution perhaps ?

search this forum (dev section has instructions on how to backup efs)
plus
I presume if you're already on stock rom, then flash this, then backup you'll have everything stock except a rooted kernel, which is easily replaced back to stock.
