[Q]error android.process.acore on xperia arc

i have a xperia arc and i rooted it yesterday but it is showing a error sometimes saying android.process.acore and sometime saying android.process.music its not even synchronizing with anything not even with the market and hence i cant download anything from anywhere.please do help me i am new here and its my first post..

It sounds like it may need for the cache to be cleaned out. Use Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage Apps then find the app to clear it.

If that doesn't do anything you'll probably need to ask someone in from the Arc's section here.
