Yes you will, it wont take the devs long to make a rooted flashable rom though. I would just wait

Yes. In regard to the information about the June 3rd Gingerbread update, it is my understanding that on June 3rd, 4th and 5th, users who want to update OTA must initiate the process and starting on June 6th, users will be prompted to update. I am referencing THIS article.

My roommate works at Sprint and he said they have been told it will come with sense 3.0 which is part of the reason it has taken us so long to get it.

My roommate works for Apple and said that the new iPhone will come with a new backrub app that gives happy endings.

Please forgive my noobness, but if I have a custom 2.2 rom on my phone, should I just hold out, or is it safe to upgrade OTA.
