Oh well, here you go...

Yes, pretty boring animated "HTC weather" background, but interesting icon arrangements, or what

No-frills Stock GSM ROM with anryl's kernel 10.04 (slide2wake), extended by GO-Launcher EX.

I use a 5x6 grid and multiple Multicon Widgets -> see edit mode on the second image.

additional: WMD Weather Widget
Antons Kalender Widget (stretched)
Lunafaqt
Rain-Alarm plus
and a whole bunch of apps in the multicon widgets

Status bar: Don't know the proper name but I found it here.
Icons: Carved-In
Widgets: Minimalistic Text
Wallpaper: I know you said you're cool on the wallpaper but I'll link it anyway.
